Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce & Data Reporting

What You’ll Do

Own & Optimize Salesforce (Financial Cloud)

• Serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce administration and enhancements
• Build and maintain workflows, dashboards, automation, and data structures
• Support teams with pipeline tracking, onboarding workflows, and service processes
• Improve user adoption and overall data quality

Drive Reporting & Insights

• Build dashboards that give leadership visibility into:
• Sales pipeline & conversion metrics
• Client service activity
• Marketing performance
• Translate data into meaningful insights that guide decision-making

Partner with Marketing & Growth Teams

• Track campaign performance and lead generation
• Support attribution tracking and engagement reporting
• Help measure ROI on marketing initiatives

Ensure Data Integrity & Governance

• Establish and maintain CRM data standards
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Train teams on best practices for data entry and reporting

Support Growth & M&A Initiatives

• Lead CRM integrations during acquisitions
• Partner with leadership on strategic technology initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years in a Business Systems Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Salesforce Admin role
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Financial Cloud preferred)
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, advisors, and marketing teams
• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred)

What They Offer:

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 + potential bonuses (based on experience)

PTO: 3 weeks + major holidays
