We’re Hiring: Supply Chain Manager
Inventory, Planning & Logistics Leadership
Are you a hands-on supply chain leader who thrives on optimizing inventory, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams? We’re partnering with an organization seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory planning, logistics operations, and cross-functional collaboration across domestic and international teams.
This role blends strategy and execution , with a strong focus on demand planning, ERP accuracy, cost control, and team development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Lead and develop a supply chain & logistics team
✅ Design, implement, and optimize inventory management systems
✅ Analyze inventory data and forecast demand to support business needs
✅ Manage finished goods inventory levels to balance service and cost
✅ Partner cross-functionally and with international supply chain teams
✅ Ensure planning parameters and ERP systems are accurate and effective
✅ Train teams on best practices, SOPs, and system usage
✅ Drive cost reduction initiatives and minimize waste
✅ Oversee inland freight spend and identify savings opportunities
✅ Lead cycle counts and collaborate with warehouse leadership
✅ Coordinate meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
✅ Complete monthly reporting, including sales audits for pricing and invoicing accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
Strong background in inventory management, demand planning, and forecasting
Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with reporting and analysis
ERP experience required (NetSuite or Oracle a plus)
Proven process improvement and SOP development experience
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
Willingness to travel up to 10% (Domestic)
Work Schedule : Hybrid/ 3 days a week on site
Compensation: $90-110k
