Remote Customer Experience Associate (Flexible | Client-Focused Role)
We are currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented individuals for a Remote Customer Experience Associate position.
This role involves assisting clients with planning and booking travel experiences while working independently in a flexible, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with travel bookings (flights, hotels, vacation packages
Provide accurate information and recommendations based on client needs
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Manage booking details and follow up when needed
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using online systems and learning new tools
Self-discipline and ability to work independently
Previous customer service experience is a plus
