Job Description:
This position will manage several highly valued Key Customers simultaneously that will include all project phases, including project initiation, planning, execution, oversight, and close-out, to ensure assigned projects are completed to align with the company’s objectives and satisfy all regulatory requirements.
Qualification and Skill Requirements include:
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize demands
• Strong ability to be focus driven in performing required tasks and meeting deadlines
• Prior experience in project management role or similar position
• Construction experience / ability to read drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a team setting
• Ability to successfully multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office™ and Microsoft Windows™
• Must successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
Responsibilities Required but not limited to are:
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects, including high-profile and large-scale deployments
• Partner with team members to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
• Manage all aspects of installations, de-installations, and Move/Add/Change project
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with Customers, project team, and others to communicate progress, issues, and timelines
• Reporting of project progress to Customers and management
• Help our Customers define and document the scope of work required for successful completion of projects
• Determine service providers required for projects and identify their roles and responsibilities.
• Identify dependencies and manage internal relationships required to successfully complete assigned projects
• Create and communicate “customer specific” metrics as required
