The Short Version
Right Path Law Group is a Northern Virginia personal injury and criminal defense firm licensed in five states (VA, DC, MD, NY, FL). We have 600+ active PI cases, a bilingual client base growing every month, and a firm we have built so a great trial attorney can earn like one.
Compensation
• Base Salary: $130,000 to $155,000+ (qualification-dependent)
• Quarterly Performance Commissions on firm-wide PI fees collected. No ceiling.
• Origination Bonuses on cases you personally bring in.
• Year-1 Realistic OTE: $183,000 to $250,000 on plan. Top producers are pacing toward $336,000+.
Base Salary Tiers:
$130,000 base. Minimum qualifications:
• Active Virginia bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, including active litigation
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
$155,000+ base. All of the above, plus:
• 5+ years of plaintiff PI litigation experience (not defense, not insurance)
• 3+ first-chair jury trials taken to verdict in PI matters
• Active bar license in Maryland or DC in addition to Virginia
• Verifiable case results
• Preferred but not required: Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
Benefits
• Health, vision, and dental insurance, 100% employer-paid (employee coverage)
• 3 weeks paid time off
• 401(k) with 4% employer match after 1 year
• A dedicated support team from day one. Not shared, not theoretical.
What You Will Do
• Own 100+ active PI matters across pre-litigation and active litigation
• Drive cases from treatment to demand to settlement or trial verdict
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials
• Collaborate with your team on discovery, records, and demand packages
This Is Probably Not the Role for You If...
• Your first question in any interview is about remote flexibility or PTO
• You have never taken a case to trial because you "prefer settlements"
• Your trial record is thin and you are hoping we won't verify it. We will.
• You need a partnership-track conversation before you have demonstrated anything
• You define "high-volume" as 40 cases
