Job Description

Parts Counter Associate We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our growing automotive group. If you have solid knowledge of automotive parts and repair — along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service — this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with a respected and expanding organization. What You’ll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service to retail and internal service department customers
  • Accurately identify and source automotive parts to meet customer and technician needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability, pricing, and timelines
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, track special orders, and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in managing parts displays, labeling, and organization for optimal efficiency
  • Adhere to dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven automotive parts counter or related experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance fundamentals
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and parts lookup systems
  • Fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
