About the Job
Midstate Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong MEP background to lead complex, large-scale projects across Mission Critical (Data Centers/Hospitals), Healthcare, Municipalities, Schools, and other Commercial sectors.
This role is responsible for full lifecycle project execution—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

To be considered, candidates must meet ALL requirements:
5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
Strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience
Experience with large-scale / complex projects
Must be on-site in Phoenix, AZ (No Remote/Hybrid)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track costs, labor productivity, and risk
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
Strong understanding of construction lifecycle + MEP systems
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
