We are currently hiring for a Medical Receptionist (Per Diem) position in Chelmsford, MA. Please find the details below:

Position: Medical Receptionist
Location: Chelmsford, MA
Shift: Wednesday & Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17 – $18 per hour
Employment Type: Per Diem

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Maintain accurate records and front desk operations
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle patient inquiries and ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a medical office or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
