Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven, outgoing Lead Generator to go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods and generate roofing leads for our sales team.
This role is simple:
Start conversations
Build trust
Set appointments for free roof inspections
No roofing experience needed—we’ll train you.
Responsibilities
Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods (especially storm-affected areas)
Start conversations with homeowners about their roof
Educate homeowners on potential storm damage and inspection options
Set appointments for free roof inspections
Track leads and activity in our CRM
Represent the company professionally in the field
Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads
Compensation
Best in class pay per qualified lead
Opportunity for future promotion into a closer / sales role
Schedule
Full-time and part-time options available
Typically afternoons, evenings, and some weekends (when homeowners are home)
