Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – three days onsite, two days remote)

Title: Junior Software Engineer

Compensation: $66,560 - $70,720 (depends on experience) for first year salary

A leading digital bank and Fortune 200 financial institution is seeking an entry-level software engineer to join the team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Someone with experience facilitating requirements gathering and business documentation
• processes, including design, testing, and gap analysis.
• Act as a technical resource for SharePoint site design, development and content
• management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
• functional SharePoint solutions.
• Support the collection of business requirements and assist in testing solutions to ensure
• they meet user needs.
• Develop and maintain custom components using SPFx (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Build and support automated workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Build and support AI agents and processes using Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users across the enterprise.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Performs root cause analysis, support and maintenance for existing solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or
• similar field or equivalent experience and work record
• Knowledge of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging,
• implementation and support.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Basic experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate and Power Apps)
• Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks is a nice-to-have.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment.
