Overview of Position:
The Fund Accounting Administrator is a vital member of the Fund Accounting and Operations team who
will support the team with quarterly reporting and deliverables, as well as day to day operations. This
position provides an excellent opportunity to learn more about private equity and the related reporting
to Warburg Pincus Limited Partners. This role will provide exposure to firm executives and numerous
teams across Warburg Pincus.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Prepare and update quarter-end Financial Statements using Microsoft Word
• Track and communicate the status of quarterly reporting (Capital Account Statements and
Financials Statements)
• Collaborate with Valuations Reporting team to provide deliverables for Limited Partner
Quarterly Reports
• Coordinate with Senior Fund Accountants and external auditors to post requested support
• Code invoices for payment using Concur Invoice
• Help update the teams numerous trackers and calendars
• Submit expense reports for the team
• Sign the team up for their yearly CPE credits
• Help organize team building events and activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Takes initiative and demonstrates ownership of work
• Great work ethic and good attitude- team player
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook)
