Family Physician Opportunity | 10–12 Patients Per Day | Leadership Role | Topeka, KS
This is a cutting-edge, advanced primary care clinic opportunity in Topeka seeking a dedicated, innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds). This is an employer-sponsored clinic focused on patient outcomes, prevention, and long-term wellness — not productivity quotas.
Highlights of the Opportunity:
• Only 10–12 patients per day
• Leadership role as Clinical Team Leader
• Collaborate with 2 APPs, a mental health specialist, MAs, and a health coach
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable schedule with excellent work-life balance
• No after-hours call
• Compensation: $250,000 – $280,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• 5 weeks PTO + strong benefits package including malpractice from day one, CME, health/dental, matching 401k, and retirement
Qualifications:
• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Peds
• Comfortable seeing patients age 2+
• Procedure experience is a strong plus
