Role Description:

Comtech LLC is seeking an Entry Level All Rounder Assistant Ready to Take On Challenges for a full-time, on-site position in Reston, VA. In this role, the assistant will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, support executives as needed, and communicate effectively both internally and externally. Responsibilities include managing schedules, answering phone calls with professional etiquette, organizing documents, and assisting with office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the team. You'll be assisting various departments to ensure all is flowing timely and efficiently. If you're able to utilize AI and streamline the process, that will be one of the tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for effectively managing schedules, documentation, and office organization
• Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally handle internal and external interactions
• Experience or capability in providing Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or additional certifications in a relevant field are a plus

If you have AI knowledge or willing to explore AI to apply to various tasks and departments, that would be a great plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• This is an entry level, on site position.
• This is a full time, W2 position with benefits.

• If you're able to bring in business and close deals, then you'll also receive commission.
