CATCH CREW LEAD REQUIRMENTS
- Must have a valid drivers license (Good driving record).
- Must be able to read and write English as leads are responsible for completing paperwork when covering for the supervisor.
- Must ensure all catchers are following all animal welfare guidelines.
In addition to these responsibilities leads work as part of the catch crew. This includes helping set up the cage block opening doors walking birds to help reduce DOAs picking up strays and assisting with catching. As a chicken catcher you will need to catch certain number of birds and know the proper placement techniques with birds being put into the cages.
Hours : 6:00 am - 3:00 pm overtime as needed
