Job Description

Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience leading specialized technology sales, business development, and presales teams
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, cloud technologies, and AWS services
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the AWS Partnering model and its principles
  • Proven success in crafting and executing collaborative business development strategies
  • Strong business acumen with a history of effective solution selling; previous quota-bearing sales experience is advantageous
  • Background in cloud-centric Systems Integrators/Global Systems Integrators organizations is a plus
  • Proficient in designing and implementing large-scale migration and modernization projects
  • Solid grasp of cloud computing principles, infrastructure, and industry best practices, including Kubernetes (K8s), containers, serverless computing, microservices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and more
  • In-depth understanding and perspective on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and trends in the evolving AI-native technology ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying intricate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Competence in working both independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Proven ability to convert alliance teams Go-To-Market strategies into actionable technical tasks and effectively execute them
  • Strong technical presentation and communication proficiency
  • Experience in technical pre-sales or a relevant IT background
  • Hands-on experience with modern software development or operations and their related technologies
  • Familiarity with additional cloud service providers (CSPs) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the principal technology leader for our AWS partnership
  • Lead our specialized AWS Technical Center of Excellence (CoE) team
  • Develop and implement integrated partnership business development strategies with other EPAM divisions
  • Ideate, create, and advocate for EPAMs AWS offerings
  • Collaborate with Cloud Engagement Leaders, business heads, and delivery teams to support the entire sales process from opportunity creation and qualification through proposal development and execution
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their business needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Participate in RFP/RFI responses and make presentations
  • Work alongside the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle to build credibility with clients
  • Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions for clients and internal staff
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on AWS solutions
  • Collaborate with clients on developing long-term cloud strategies and roadmaps
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
  • Enable our alliance partners Go-To-Market teams, such as Solutions Architects, Account Executives, and Product Marketing, with EPAMs solutions and value propositions
  • Author or contribute to customer-facing and internal materials, including whitepapers, blogs, and handbooks
