Salary: $92,300 - 166,850 per year Requirements:
- We require U.S. citizenship only, and applicants must not hold dual citizenship with any other country to be eligible under this contract.
- We require the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance with the SEC.
- We require a bachelors degree; additional relevant experience may be accepted in place of formal education.
- We require at least 10 years of related experience as a subject matter expert in backend VTC infrastructure and architecture.
- We require deep expertise architecting Polycom systems in enterprise settings.
- We require experience providing technical, managerial, and administrative direction for AV/VTC infrastructure operations.
- We require experience creating and maintaining processes, procedures, SOPs, and post-production documentation.
- We require strong knowledge of Polycom architecture and enterprise backend AV/VTC design.
- We require hands-on experience supporting backend AV/VTC operations and lifecycle maintenance.
- We require proven ability to manage complex troubleshooting, escalation, and root-cause analysis.
- We require demonstrated team leadership in AV/VTC infrastructure environments.
- We require Polycom certification.
- We prefer experience supporting AV/VTC services in a federal agency or similarly regulated setting.
- We prefer experience supporting executive-level or other high-visibility events with strict reliability expectations.
- We prefer practical experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco conference room integrations.
- We prefer familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing, change management, and ITIL-aligned service delivery.
- We prefer experience implementing proactive monitoring, health checks, and capacity planning for enterprise collaboration platforms.
- We prefer AVIXA CTS or CTS-D certification.
- We prefer Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional certification.
- We prefer ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
Responsibilities: - We provide senior technical leadership for enterprise backend AV/VTC infrastructure and architecture.
- We design, integrate, and optimize Polycom-based systems as the lead technical SME.
- We improve interoperability and performance across Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex collaboration environments.
- We oversee platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, configuration standards, and operational resilience.
- We ensure AV/VTC systems remain dependable for conference rooms, large venues, and hybrid or remote meetings.
- We lead technical support for mission-critical events such as town halls and commission meetings.
- We direct live audio/video operations, streaming preparedness, and accessibility coordination, including captioning and sign language support.
- We manage post-production support for recorded meetings and events to deliver polished final outputs.
- We develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, technical procedures, and post-production records.
- We establish and enforce incident response and escalation workflows for AV/VTC outages and disruptions.
- We prepare operational reporting and documentation for leadership and contract oversight.
- We drive ongoing service improvements that strengthen reliability, supportability, and customer satisfaction.
- We provide technical, managerial, and administrative leadership for the AV/VTC infrastructure team.
- We lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across backend systems and dependent technologies.
- We mentor engineers and support staff on standards, troubleshooting approaches, and operational best practices.
- We coordinate with service desk, network, voice, and endpoint teams to resolve cross-functional issues efficiently.
- We may participate in on-call or surge support activities based on operational requirements.
- We work on-site at SEC headquarters in Washington, DC, and travel as required by contract direction.
