Associate Program Manager – Proposal Management | Fortune 500 Healthcare Client

We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager to support a leading healthcare organization in managing high-impact RFPs and proposals. If you have experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects from start to finish, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full RFP/proposal lifecycle from intake to final submission
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and proposal calendars to meet deadlines
  • Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to align on win strategies
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and aligned with client requirements
  • Track performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and support process improvements
  • Maintain proposal templates, documentation, and centralized content libraries

What You Bring:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in proposal management, program management, or business development
  • Hands-on experience managing RFPs end-to-end (not just writing/reviewing)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience with tools like Loopio, Salesforce, GSuite, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $30–$35/hour
