Designed as a boutique grocer and café hybrid, Nude Miami delivers a modern alternative to traditional grocery — blending convenience, quality, and experience.

Beyond retail, Nude Miami serves as a discovery platform for emerging consumer brands, curating a selective assortment aligned with its clean-label philosophy. With multiple locations in development, Nude Miami is building a scalable platform at the intersection of grocery, prepared food, wellness, and culture.

Role Description

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high health and safety standards, and upholding the brand’s commitment to quality and wellness. The AGM will work collaboratively with the General Manager to implement strategies, manage inventory, and cultivate a positive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership, staff management, and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Strong operational and organizational skills, including inventory management and scheduling
• Customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainability, with an ability to uphold brand values
• Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing data, and making informed operational decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work non-traditional hours when required
• Previous management experience preferred; experience in the food, beverage, or retail industry is a plus

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
